Application Partner Integration

This section outlines the technical information required from Application Partners to support integration with MBI.

Mandatory Information

The following section is mandatory for partners who plan to use advanced blockchain features on MBI.

1. Application Hosting Model

Please indicate how your application will be hosted in relation to MBI infrastructure:

[ ] Fully Hosted on MBI: The entire application stack is deployed and operated within MBI infrastructure.

[ ] Partially Hosted on MBI: Only selected components (for example blockchain adapter, API gateway, or transaction services) are deployed on MBI, while the remaining components are hosted externally by the partner.

If Partially Hosted on MBI is selected, please describe which components are hosted on MBI and which remain external.

2. External Access Requirements

Please specify the services that need to be exposed for integration with MBI:

[ ] Number of service endpoints or API links to be exposed
[ ] Purpose of each exposed service (for example transaction submission, query, or verification)
[ ] Access model (internal MBI access only or external access required)

3. Deployment Model

Please indicate the preferred deployment model for your application:

[ ] Dedicated Deployment (Single Host)

- One user per instance
- Each user operates on a separate application and or blockchain instance

[ ] Shared Deployment (Software as a Service Model)

- Multiple users share a single application instance
- Logical segregation is applied at the application or blockchain layer

4. Blockchain Provider Alignment

This section is intended to determine the alignment between the Application Partner’s existing blockchain arrangements and the MBI ecosystem.

4.1 Existing Blockchain Provider

Please indicate whether your application currently utilizes a third-party or in-house blockchain provider:

[ ] Yes : Please provide the name of the blockchain provider and a brief description of the current setup
[ ] No

4.2 Blockchain Governance and Alignment Model

If the application uses an existing blockchain provider, please indicate the preferred alignment model:

[ ] Provider Operates Under MBI Governance: The existing blockchain provider is willing to operate within the MBI ecosystem, subject to MBI technical, governance, and operational requirements.

[ ] MBI Accepts External Provider Integration: The application prefers to retain its existing blockchain provider and requests integration between MBI and the external blockchain platform, subject to technical compatibility and approval.

Tip

If the provider can accommodate both options, please select both.

4.3 Migration to MBI-Supported Blockchains

If the partner is open to migrating to an MBI-supported blockchain, please indicate acceptance of the following platforms:

  • Zetrix
  • Hyperledger Fabric

If one or both options are acceptable, please specify your preferred blockchain platform.

If none of the platforms are suitable, please proceed to Section 4.4.

Please specify:

  • Expected migration scope (Full or Partial)
  • Estimated migration timeline, if available

4.4 Introducing MBI to Your Blockchain Provider

If the application partner is not able to migrate to MBI-supported blockchains, please confirm willingness to introduce MBI to the current blockchain provider for technical and governance discussions:

[ ] Yes
[ ] No

If Yes, please provide contact details or a technical liaison for the provider.

Optional Technical Capabilities (If Applicable)

The following section is optional but recommended for partners intending to leverage advanced blockchain integration features on MBI.

5. Blockchain Adapter Configuration

i. Smart Contract Deployment Model

Please specify how smart contracts are intended to be deployed and managed:

[ ] One user per smart contract
[ ] Multiple users sharing a single smart contract

ii. Supported Blockchain Platforms

Please indicate whether your application supports the following blockchain platforms:

[ ] Hyperledger Fabric
[ ] Zetrix
[ ] Others: ___

iii. Additional Supported Blockchains (Assisted Deployment)

If your application requires support for additional blockchain platforms beyond those listed above, partners are required to complete the Add Blockchain Deployment Form and provide the necessary technical details for evaluation.

In the form, please specify:

  • Name of the blockchain platform
  • Deployment policy:
  • Shared (across multiple partners or subscriptions)
  • Per subscription (dedicated blockchain deployment per partner or tenant)

As part of the submission, partners must also upload the relevant smart contract source files for technical assessment:

  • Hyperledger Fabric: .mod format
  • Zetrix: .js format

All submitted information and files will be reviewed by MBI to assess technical feasibility, security compliance, and platform compatibility. Assisted deployment support will be provided subject to approval and in accordance with MBI platform policies and deployment guidelines.

This form is available on the MBI website under:
